From this we are often called upon to carry out projects in a live environment or to phase the scheduled works meaning large proportions of the buildings are unaffected by the refurbishment scheme.

In order to safely deliver a health care refurbishment project in a live environment we consult with all key stakeholders to better understand their needs and requirements. We then tailor our works around their needs which can often result in:

• Working outside or normal working hours
• Erecting make shift hygienic hoardings

Being specialists in this field the team at Concept Construction are familiar with the need for infection control, HTM’s amongst other healthcare standards.

Previous projects have included 'facelifts' to isolated medical rooms at district clinics through to conversion of hotels into assisted living schemes and care homes.
