Amoria Bond, Disbury Point - Completed

Concept Construction were appointed on behalf of international recruitment company Amoria Bond to Design & Fit Out their new headquarters in Didsbury, Manchester. The purpose of the scheme was to provide a more functional space with first class amenities, for their ever-expanding team.

The standout feature of this project was the reception area which incorporated a breakout space with bespoke LED lighting, breakfast bar complete with seating area and 6 small meeting rooms.

Living walls, glazed partitions, booth seating area, snooker tables, LED feature lighting, a snooker table and desk space for 48 people were all key elements delivered as part of this fit out scheme.

Upon completion Concept Construction received excellent feedback from the client, due to the high standard of finishes achieved and cost saving solutions offered, which led to the scheme coming substantially under budget.
